Pre-Week One Goals: Monday

Pushups: 4 Sets of 15 Reps ea
Situps: 4 Sets of 20 Reps ea
Pullups:  3 Sets of 3 Reps ea
Run: 2 Miles in 17 minutes
Swim: 15 minutes (Swim #1 of 4)

Pre-Week One Actual Workout: Monday

Pushups: 4 Sets of 15 Reps ea
Situps: 4 Sets of 20 Reps ea
Pullups: Yeah, well, I installed the bar.  Tried to do an overhand pullup. I couldn't do one.  (This was at the end of my workout, though.  I'll try again at the beginning of Wednesday's workout.)
Run: 2 Mile Run 19:59
Swim: 15 minutes (Swim #1 of 4)
Comments: Happy because I cut more time off my run.  Ran the whole time as well.  Was about 5 yards short of 2 miles because I didn't want to wait at a stop light and give my legs time to cramp.  I added 30 seconds to my time as a penalty.  I'm still happy, though, because I actually ran the whole time!  And I cut time even with the penalty!
