Pre-Week One Goals: Friday

Pushups: 4 Sets of 15 Reps ea
Situps: 4 Sets of 20 Reps ea
Pullups:  3 Sets of 3 Reps ea
Run: 2 Miles in 17 minutes
Swim: 15 minutes

Pre-Week One Actual Workout: Friday

Pushups: 4 Sets of 15 Reps ea
Situps: 4 Sets of 20 Reps ea
Pullups: None – I need to install my bar. Plan on adding these on Monday.
Run: 2 Mile Run/Walk 23:43
Swim: 15 minutes (Swim #4)
Comments: Muscles in my legs were definitely better today.  I was able to cut almost four minutes off my Wednesday time.

My routine calls for 4-5 swimming sessions each week.  I threw in #3 on Thursday night.  Today was swim #4.

Tonight is Tae Kwan Do with my daughter.  I'll update this post if I hit any cool (at least for me) milestones!
